New kiosks presented a unique challenge for us, while striving to reduce the challenges thousands of passengers face every day at Terminal 4.

One of the more interesting projects I've had the pleasure of working on, implementing JFK's kiosks took ingenuity, creativity, and miles and miles of treading the path travelers pace 24 hours a day.
The kiosks' new welcome screens can display either messaging or advertising, each custom-tailored to the kiosk's location.
The terminal map lets the lost or merely curious know where they are and what's around them at a glance.
They can also send directions right to their phones with a handily provided QR code.
If browsing's more their style, the directory makes it easy for travelers to find anything they need, whether it's a cup of coffee, a nursing room, or dinner for six.
The kiosk tries to anticipate the most relevant information travelers might want to know, and the best information they might not have known they needed to know.
